Treasury Manager

We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Treasury Manager to oversee and optimize our cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk management. This key role will contribute to the strategic development and implementation of our treasury policies, ensuring financial stability and supporting the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up of treasury area and related processes
- Cash management of Swiss entities
- Definition of finance/treasury global strategy
- Identify, assess and manage financial risks
- Overseeing cash and liquidity management through cash flow planning and forecasting
- Driving treasury-specific projects/initiatives
- Managing treasury operations and controls (cash pooling/hedging, etc)
- Reviewing funding needs, monthly reporting of all treasury activities to senior management, stakeholders and holding company
- Monitoring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Finance policy definition and review
- Support the business needs (performance bond , etc)
Qualifications and Skills
- Masters degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Treasury or a related role.
- Swiss Certified Treasury, CFA or other relevant certification is a plus.
- Exceptional data analysis skills, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Expertise in managing daily cash flows, forecasting liquidity needs, and optimizing working capital.
- Treasury Software: Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial modeling tools.
- Familiarity with financial regulations, tax policies, and reporting requirements at local and international levels.
- Knowledge of hedging strategies, foreign exchange risk, interest rate management, and credit risk assessment.
- Strong ability to analyze financial data, interpret trends, and make data-driven proposals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership abilities, analytical mindset to address financial challenges and develop innovative solutions and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Self-motivated and independent, with the ability to make informed decisions that align with organizational strategy.
- Proficiency in negotiating with banks, lenders, and other stakeholders for favorable terms
- Proficieny in English and German, other language skills as a plus.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
