Your tasks
- Responsibility for the management and organisation of warehouse and logistics processes, including incoming goods, picking, packing and outgoing goods
- Ensuring efficient, timely and high-quality processes as well as their control and monitoring
- Planning all resources with the aim of achieving the best possible output
- Technical and personnel management of a team of around 10 persons
- Responsibility for the continuous development of the team
- Recording and processing error messages with the aim of continuously improving quality
- Analysis and continuous optimisation of warehouse and picking processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Active involvement in the further development of warehouse and logistics concepts and participation in cross-departmental projects
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces (production planning, purchasing, forwarding, production) and external partners (warehouse and transport service providers, suppliers)
Your skills
- Completed apprenticeship in logistics
- Further training as a logistics specialist, logistics technician (HF), qualified supply chain manager or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience with management responsibility in warehousing and logistics
- High level of quality and service awareness as well as flexibility, personal responsibility and ability to work under pressure
- Very good ERP knowledge (Mycrosoft Dynamics 365 an advantage)
- Good MS Office skills
- Fluency in German and good knowledge of English
