Quality Manager (a)
Key Responsibilities
- Development, implementation and monitoring of quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards in all areas of the company
- Conducting internal audits and preparing for external audits
- Analyzing quality data, identifying potential for improvement and developing measures for process optimization
- Training and sensitizing employees with regard to quality standards and processes
- Close cooperation with the production, development and purchasing departments to ensure product quality
- Processing customer complaints and initiating corrective measures
- Preparation of reports and reporting to the Head of QHSE
Qualifications and Skills
- Completed studies in engineering, natural sciences or a comparable qualification
- Experience in quality management
- Sound knowledge of common QM methods and tools (e.g. Six Sigma, FMEA, 8D methodology)
- Experience in conducting audits and creating documentation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High communication skills and team orientation
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Familiarity with MS Office, IT affinity
- Knowledge of sustainability (ISO standard 14001) an advantage
- Willingness for further qualification
