Our “Process Technology and Transfer” team needs reinforcement. We are looking for a new colleague - a technically skilled individual with an advanced professional and theoretical background. Someone who enthusiastically acquires new knowledge in related technical fields independently, particularly through interdisciplinary collaboration with the relevant departments.

Your Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Management: Defining project goals, milestones, and timelines
  • Team Coordination: Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to implement projects efficiently
  • Resource Management: Ensuring optimal utilization of human and material resources
  • Experimental Tasks: Planning and conducting production trials, measuring results in the material technology lab, and documenting findings
  • Quality Control: Monitoring project outcomes for quality, time, and budget compliance
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation plans
  • Reporting: Preparing status reports and presenting project outcomes to management
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring customer requirements and expectations are met

Your Profile

  • Technical training with further education as an FH Engineer or HF Technician in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Process/Plastics Technology
  • Experience in a production environment (preferably in cable production)
  • Solid knowledge of project management
  • Analytical and objective approach to challenges
  • Strong assertiveness
  • Fluent communication in English
