Marketing & Communication Coordinator Internship
About the Role
The MarCom Coordinator supports the MarCom Team in the operational implementation of all marketing and communications measures without a strategic leadership role. The role ensures that day-to-day business runs smoothly, coordinates internal and external interfaces, and ensures the timely implementation of MarCom activities.
Responsibilities
- Operational support for marketing and communications projects
- Maintenance and management of marketing materials, data and content
- Coordination with internal departments and external service providers
- Administrative tasks (orders, appointments, filing, documentation)
- Ensuring CI/CD guidelines are followed in all measures
- Efficient, structured and quality-assured implementation of MarCom activities to support corporate communications and brand presence.
Qualifications
- Commercial education or an education in the creative, media or communications field, further training in marketing.
- High quality awareness, creativity, precise, independent and reliable working style, very good in communication, team spirit and humour.
- Proficient in using Office tools and the Adobe Suite.
- The general working language is German and English; Italian is an advantage.
- Understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and market research.
- Good organisational skills, high flexibility and initiative
- Strong communication and analytical skills
