You will be responsible for optimizing processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Passionate about "Lean" principles, you have the ability to inspire others to embrace a Lean culture.

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing processes and workflows, redesigning them for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction
  • Implement Lean principles and methodologies
  • Initiate, plan and lead Lean projects to achieve defined improvement goals
  • Document and standardize process workflows
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees to teach Lean practices and tools
  • Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of ongoing Lean activities and make continuous improvement adjustments
  • Collaborate closely with other departments (Production, Quality Assurance, Procurement, Logistics) to achieve optimizations using decision-making methodologies

Qualifications and Skills

  • Advanced education HF/FH in Business Administration or FH Engineer (Industrial Engineering)
  • Proven expertise in Lean Management and process optimization, preferably in an industrial production environment
  • Strong knowledge of Lean methods (5S, Continuous Improvement, Ishikawa, Shopfloor Management)
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Assertiveness and persistence
  • Team-oriented and enthusiastic about process improvement
  • Fluency in German (spoken and written) and negotiation-level English (essential)
