Your Responsibilities

Analyze existing processes and workflows, redesigning them for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction -
Implement Lean principles and methodologies -
Initiate, plan and lead Lean projects to achieve defined improvement goals -
Document and standardize process workflows - Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees to teach Lean practices and tools
- Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of ongoing Lean activities and make continuous improvement adjustments

Collaborate closely with other departments (Production, Quality Assurance, Procurement, Logistics) to achieve optimizations using decision-making methodologies
Qualifications and Skills
-
Advanced education HF/FH in Business Administration or FH Engineer (Industrial Engineering) -
Proven expertise in Lean Management and process optimization, preferably in an industrial production environment -
Strong knowledge of Lean methods (5S, Continuous Improvement, Ishikawa, Shopfloor Management) -
Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality -
Excellent communication skills -
Assertiveness and persistence -
Team-oriented and enthusiastic about process improvement -
Fluency in German (spoken and written) and negotiation-level English (essential)
