Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize services and achieve corporate goals in intralogistics processes within production
- Ensure safe working conditions and ergonomic standards within your area of responsibility
- Manage intralogistics processes and recycling operations
- Analyze and present KPIs related to efficiency, costs, and customer satisfaction
- Identify and implement efficient processes and technologies
- Ensure high service quality and continuously improve SLAs
- Create, monitor and efficiently manage the budget
- Motivate, develop and support employees
- Collaborate with IT, logistics, sales and other departments while further developing existing ERP processes
- Identify and minimize operational risks
Your Profile
- Completed studies (HF/FH) in process engineering, logistics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in managing operational services in production logistics or a similar leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of process optimization and service management, with experience in KPIs and logistics processes
- Experience in organizing and managing inbound and outbound logistics processes
- Proficient in using ERP systems, service management software and relevant IT tools
- Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
