Lead and manage the R&D team in the development of new high voltage cables components and the improvement of existing products -
Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept through to production, ensuring all projects meet technical standards and customer requirements -
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including, sales, project management, production, and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration and delivery of new products -
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technical standards, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and innovation in product design -
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to explore new ideas and technologies -
Develop and implement R&D strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives -
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, presenting project updates, research findings, and strategic plans
Your profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field -
Extensive experience in high voltage product design, specifically with high voltage accessories -
Proven track record of successfully managing an R&D team in an international environment -
Strong knowledge of industry standards and technical regulations related to high voltage products -
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset -
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills -
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals and deadlines -
Experience with project management tools and methodologies -
Familiarity with advanced simulation and modeling software -
Knowledge of manufacturing processes for high voltage components - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
