As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you act as the strategic interface between HR and the business units. You support leaders in achieving business objectives through effective people strategies and actively shape a modern, performance- and values-driven corporate culture in which people can realize their full potential.

Your Responsibilities

  • Translate business strategy into actionable people initiatives for your assigned area, incorporating strategic workforce planning
  • Use of HR analytics to generate data-driven insights and monitor relevant KPIs and trends to continuously improve the supported business area
  • Challenge and support leadership teams in developing and implementing effective workforce plans, as well as organizational and structural developments aligned with the business strategy
  • Ensure professional HR and talent management to achieve the company’s strategic objectives
  • Take an active role as a change agent to foster employee engagement
  • Support team development and implement appropriate measures within change and transformation projects

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable field
  • 5–7 years of professional experience in a comparable HR role, ideally as an HR Business Partner with global experience
  • Solid knowledge of employment law and modern HR tools
  • Strong communication and consulting skills
  • High level of initiative, structured working style, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and empathetic personality
  • Very good German and English skills (written and spoken); Italian is an advantage
